Language requirements for Swedish courses

When you enrol on a course, you also agree to be able to speak and understand Swedish and to be able to express yourself orally and in writing without an interpreter. No refunds will be given unless cancelled 48 hours before the start of the course.

When you register for a course, you also agree to be able to speak and understand English and you should also be able to express yourself orally and in writing without an interpreter. No money will be refunded unless a cancellation is submitted 48 hours before the start of the course.

Guarantees on services

Once paid, we guarantee that you will receive the training or service that we promised to provide. In the event of illness or other obstacle, we will get back to you with a new appointment.

Return and complaint procedures

If a product or service is faulty, incorrectly dispatched or damaged in transit, you must contact us as soon as possible as, under the Consumer Sales Act and the Consumer Services Act, you must make a complaint within a reasonable time of discovering the fault. Furthermore, according to these laws, as a general rule, complaints can never be made later than three years after the goods have been received or the service has been completed.

14 days right of cancellation

According to the Distance Contracts Act, the payer has a 14-day right of cancellation. However, the right of cancellation must be used 48 hours before the purchased training event (course, service or lesson at a specific time) is due to take place.

Delivery times & logistics linked to service delivery

We at Björkstadens Trafikskola undertake to notify the customer directly via automatic response after ordering or via e-mail or telephone to notify the customer of the time when the service or course will be carried out. There should therefore be no doubt when the service, course or lesson will be carried out.

Rules on complaints

We at Björkstadens Trafikskola undertake to offer and deliver services, courses and lessons in accordance with current Swedish law and the Swedish Transport Agency's statutes to achieve the customer's objectives. The customer waives the right to complain about a consumed service if it is consumed and cannot request compensation afterwards. Any claim must be made 48 hours before the start of the course (or when the service is to be consumed) for a refund. The reason for this is that we have a fixed number of places for each course/lesson and if a cancellation comes in too close, it is not possible to fill the classes or book a replacement lesson.
